Designed as 2 separate units The STUDY INN can suit itself as a private residence + student rooms. Currently transformed in to a desirable multi-bed accommodation. This is not your every-day tenant housing. This building has been laid out to ensure each tenant has space, necessities and can live harmoniously together while forming a COMMUNITY of like-minded individuals. Currently set up to accommodate 14 tenants over 8 rooms. The GREAT ROOM houses a theatre system, pool table, arcade game and more to entertain. The common kitchen provides ample counter space + island for tenants to prepare meals together, with two stoves to work from. This kitchen will also be where meal plans are prepped & breakfast provided. Bathrooms include 2 private, 5 stalls + 4 private showers. Building is designed to have two fully independent sections (wired and heated separately).
