Beautiful property in River Bourgeois. Property runs from #4 to Northside Road and has a lovely little house on it overlooking the ocean and a small amount of waterfront on the opposite side of the street for acess. Great spot for a boat. The views of the river, the church and the open ocean are second to none. The house needs updating but its small and very practical for a single person or couple. There is no electricity, no water or sewer, and is not insulated like a house would be today. It made a good cottage over the years, but to use it full time now will require updates. The land goes from the #4 to the water, crossing the Northside Rd. Great views.
